Job Summary
Shift Leader at Carl’s Jr. will supervise Crew Members, train and guide staff, plan and implement daily routines, monitor staffing levels and labor costs, enforce Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards, and ensure guests receive excellent service while opening/closing as needed.
