Job Summary
Shift Leader responsible for training and supervising Crew Members, planning daily operations, monitoring staffing and labor costs, opening and closing duties, and enforcing Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards. You will welcome guests, deliver friendly and attentive service, and contribute to a team-oriented, family-like culture. Must be 18+, obtain a food handler’s permit within 30 days, and have basic math skills. Starting pay is $17.80/hour with benefits including scholarships, meal discounts, PTO, and 401k. No experience required beyond a great attitude and willingness to learn; training program available.
