Job Summary
Shift Leader at Carl’s Jr. located at 6653 SE Tualatin Valley Hwy, Hillsboro, OR. You will perform all Crew position duties, train and supervise Crew Members, plan, organize and implement daily operational routines and activities, monitor staffing levels and labor costs, and open/close as needed. Maintain and enforce Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards to ensure guests receive exceptional service and memorable visits.
