Job Summary
Lead the team during your shift, keeping operations on point while managing staffing and labor costs. Jump in wherever needed across the front counter, drive-thru, kitchen, or prep areas to ensure cleanliness, service, and food quality meet Carl's Jr. standards. Train and support team members with instructional guidance, then open and/or close the store using clear checklists and routines. Monitor guest satisfaction and maintain a clean, organized workday while ensuring everyone stays energized and on track. Starting at $17/hr with flexible schedules, PTO, and 401(k) matching.
Required Qualifications
- 18 or older
- Can lead by example and support others
- Love a clean, organized, and efficient workday
- Have basic math skills (for register, scheduling, and shift planning)
- Can lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for a full shift
- Have a Food Handler's Permit (or can get one within 30 days)
