Job Summary
Lead the team during your shift, keeping operations on point while training and supporting members with instructional guidance. Jump in wherever needed across the front counter, drive-thru, kitchen, or prep areas to manage shift tasks with a focus on detail, quality, and guest satisfaction. Open and/or close the store using clear checklists, monitor staffing and labor costs, and ensure cleanliness, service, and food quality meet Carl's Jr. standards. You'll be the go-to person on shift, keeping the team energized and on track in a fast-paced environment. Full-time hours available based on business need.
Required Qualifications
- 18 or older
- Can lead by example and support others
- Love a clean, organized, and efficient workday
- Have basic math skills (for register, scheduling, and shift planning)
- Can lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for a full shift
- Have a Food Handler's Permit (or can get one within 30 days)
