Job Summary
Lead the team during your shift, keeping operations on point and ensuring cleanliness, service, and food quality meet Carl's Jr. standards. Train and support team members with instructional guidance while jumping in wherever needed across the front counter, drive-thru, kitchen, or prep areas. Manage shift tasks with a focus on detail and guest satisfaction, including opening and closing the store using clear checklists and monitoring staffing and labor costs. You'll be the go-to person on shift, keeping the crew energized and on track in a fast-paced environment. Starting at $17/hr with flexible schedules, free meals, and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- 18 or older
- Can lead by example and support others
- Love a clean, organized, and efficient workday
- Have basic math skills (for register, scheduling, and shift planning)
- Can lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for a full shift
- Have a Food Handler's Permit (or can get one within 30 days)
