Job Summary
Lead the team during your shift, keeping operations on point while jumping in wherever needed: front counter, drive-thru, kitchen, or prep. Manage shift tasks with a focus on detail, quality, and guest satisfaction, ensuring cleanliness, service, and food quality meet the Carl's Jr. standard. Open and/or close the store using clear checklists, monitor staffing and labor costs, and train team members with instructional guidance. Required Qualifications
- 18 or older
- Can lead by example and support others
- Love a clean, organized, and efficient workday
- Have basic math skills (for register, scheduling, and shift planning)
- Can lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for a full shift
- Have a Food Handler's Permit (or can get one within 30 days)
