Carl's Jr. Shift Leader (8009)

Lead the team during your shift, keeping operations on point and ensuring cleanliness, service, and food quality meet Carl's Jr. standards. Train and support team members with instructional guidance while jumping in wherever needed at the front counter, drive-thru, kitchen, or prep area. Manage shift tasks with a focus on detail, monitoring staffing and labor costs, and handle opening or closing the store using clear checklists and routines. Full-time hours available based on business need. Starting at $17/hr with free meals, PTO, and 401(k) match. Requires a Food Handler's Permit and ability to lift 50 lbs.
