Job Summary
Lead the team during your shift, keeping operations on point and managing staffing and labor costs. Jump in wherever needed across the front counter, drive-thru, kitchen, or prep areas while ensuring cleanliness, service, and food quality meet Carl's Jr. standards. Train and support team members with instructional guidance, and handle opening and closing the store using clear checklists. Monitor guest satisfaction and maintain a clean, organized workday. Full-time hours available based on business need. Starting at $17/hr with free meals, PTO, and 401(k) match.
Required Qualifications
- 18 or older
- basic math skills (for register, scheduling, and shift planning)
- Can lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for a full shift
- Food Handler's Permit (or can get one within 30 days)
