Job Summary
Shift Leader at Carl’s Jr. is responsible for supervising Crew, planning and implementing daily operational routines, monitoring staffing and labor costs, maintaining Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards, and ensuring customers receive excellent service. The role includes training and supervising Crew Members, opening/closing duties, andLeading the team to deliver a positive guest experience. Requirements include being at least 18, obtaining a food handler’s permit within 30 days, basic math skills, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
