Job Summary
Lead a shift at Carl's Jr. overseeing operations across front counter, drive-thru, kitchen and prep; train and support team members with instructional guidance; jump in wherever needed to keep operations on point; manage shift tasks with emphasis on detail, quality, and guest satisfaction; open and/or close the store using checklists and routines; monitor staffing and labor costs; ensure cleanliness, service, and food quality meet Carl’s Jr. standards; serve as the go-to person on shift to keep the team energized and on track.
