Job Summary
Lead the shift at Carl’s Jr. by supervising team members across front counter, drive-thru, kitchen, and prep; train and support staff; manage shift tasks with focus on quality and guest satisfaction; open/close store using checklists; monitor staffing and labor costs; ensure cleanliness, service, and food quality meet Carl’s Jr. standards; opportunities for growth into restaurant management; compensation starts at $20/hour; includes PTO, 401(k) match, benefits, scholarships, and referral bonuses; must be 18+, capable of lifting 50 lbs, and have or obtain a Food Handler’s Permit within 30 days.
