Job Summary
Lead the team during your shift and keep operations on point while managing staffing and labor costs. Jump in wherever needed at the front counter, drive-thru, kitchen, or prep area to ensure cleanliness, service, and food quality meet Carl's Jr. standards. Train and support team members with instructional guidance, and open or close the store using clear checklists and routines. Monitor shift tasks with a focus on detail and guest satisfaction to maintain the established vibe. Full-time hours available based on business need and performance. Starting at $20/hr with free meals, PTO, and 401(k) match.
Required Qualifications
- 18 or older
- Can lead by example and support others
- Love a clean, organized, and efficient workday
- Have basic math skills (for register, scheduling, and shift planning)
- Can lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for a full shift
- Have a Food Handler's Permit (or can get one within 30 days)
