Job Summary
Shift Leader at Carl’s Jr. responsible for supervising Crew, training and supervising daily operations, planning and organizing daily routines, monitoring staffing levels and labor costs, and enforcing Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards. Welcoming guests, delivering friendly and attentive service as the face of the business, with opportunities to grow into restaurant management. Must be 18+, have or obtain a food handler’s permit within 30 days, possess basic math skills, and be able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds. Flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits available; starting pay is $17.80 per hour.
