Job Summary
Lead the team during your shift and keep operations on point by jumping in wherever needed: front counter, drive-thru, kitchen, or prep. Manage shift tasks with a focus on detail, quality, and guest satisfaction while ensuring cleanliness, service, and food quality meet the Carl's Jr. standard. Open and/or close the store using clear checklists and routines, and monitor staffing and labor costs. Train and support team members with instructional guidance to keep the crew energized and on track. Earn public recognition for your leadership in this full-time role starting at $17/hr, with flexible schedules and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- 18 or older
- Can lead by example and support others
- Love a clean, organized, and efficient workday
- Have basic math skills (for register, scheduling, and shift planning)
- Can lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for a full shift
- Have a Food Handler's Permit (or can get one within 30 days)
