Job Summary
Lead the team during your shift, keeping operations on point and managing staffing and labor costs. Train and support team members with instructional guidance while jumping in wherever needed: front counter, drive-thru, kitchen, or prep. Ensure cleanliness, service, and food quality meet Carl's Jr. standards by opening and closing the store using clear checklists. Monitor guest satisfaction and maintain a clean, organized workday. Starting at $17/hr with flexible schedules, PTO, and 401(k) match. You'll be the go-to person on shift, keeping the team energized and on track in a socially-oriented, positive crew.
Required Qualifications
- 18 or older
- Can lead by example and support others
- Love a clean, organized, and efficient workday
- Have basic math skills (for register, scheduling, and shift planning)
- Can lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for a full shift
- Have a Food Handler's Permit (or can get one within 30 days)
