Job Summary
Plan, organize, and implement daily operational routines while performing all Crew position duties. Train and supervise Crew Members, monitor staffing levels and labor costs, and open or close the restaurant as needed. Enforce and maintain Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards to ensure guests receive service beyond expectations. Be at least 18 years old, obtain a food handler's permit within 30 days, and possess the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Required Qualifications
