Job Summary
Plan, organize, and implement daily operational routines while performing all Crew position duties. Monitor and maintain proper staffing levels and labor costs, then open and close the restaurant as needed. Enforce and maintain Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards to ensure customers receive service beyond expectations. Train and supervise Crew Members while welcoming guests into the home atmosphere. This role requires standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds, with a food handler's permit required within 30 days. Full-time hours are available based on business need. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Have a food handler's permit or obtain one within 30 days of starting
- Possess basic math skills
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to perform all Crew position duties

- Must be able to plan, organize and implement all daily operational routines and activities
