Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Have a food handler's permit or obtain one within 30 days of starting
- Possess basic math skills
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to perform all Crew position duties
- Must be able to train and supervise Crew Members
- Must be able to plan, organize and implement all daily operational routines and activities
- Must be able to monitor and maintain proper staffing level and labor costs
- Must be able to open and close as needed
- Must be able to enforce and maintain all Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards
- Must be able to ensure all customers receive service beyond their expectations
- Must be able to stand, bend and stoop for long periods of time
