Job Summary
Managers are responsible for utilizing labor effectively to meet budgets while maintaining high quality standards. They will analyze business performance, monitor controllable costs, and implement corrective actions as needed. Duties include supervising and mentoring employees, training and providing performance feedback, making employment decisions, and communicating business and team goals. Applicants must be strong leaders, effective communicators, and able to work independently. Must also possess a food handler's permit within 30 days of hiring.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work upwards of 47 hours per week
- Possession of or ability to obtain a food handler’s permit within 30 days of starting
- Current driver license and clean driving record
