Job Summary
Join Carl's Jr. as an Overnight Shift Leader where you will oversee daily operations, train crew members, and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include planning and organizing daily routines, staffing, enforcing Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests. No prior experience is necessary as training is provided, but candidates must possess basic math skills and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. A food handler’s permit is required within 30 days of employment.
