Job Summary
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) supports the General Manager in managing daily operations at a Carl’s Jr. restaurant. Responsibilities include selecting, training, and coaching employees, overseeing compliance with operational standards, driving customer service excellence, and analyzing sales and inventory. The AGM also assists in scheduling and ensuring food safety, while maintaining a high-performing team and fostering effective communication. Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, have a minimum of one year of restaurant operations experience, and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
