Job Summary
Greet guests, offer personalized recommendations, and prepare coffee and other beverages quickly while following recipes. Take orders and payments efficiently, solve guest concerns, and maintain cleanliness by keeping supplies stocked and the coffee shop organized. Conduct temperature checks, complete food safety logs, and assist with stocking and organizing products for other shifts. Maintain regular attendance and provide adequate notice for occasional absences.
Required Qualifications
- Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule
- Able to reach, lift, stack and maneuver objects of varying dimensions and weighing up to 50 lbs
- Equipment operation (intercom, telephone, scanner, register, scale, blender, coffee maker, espresso machine, coffee grinder)
- Constant walking, bending, kneeling
- The work schedule may include early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays

- Experience working as a barista or in a similar food service or cashier role
