Job Summary
Serve product to guests by carrying and balancing a tray weighing up to 25 pounds while ensuring items meet operational, quality, and appearance standards. Provide friendly, quick, and polite service, promptly responding to guest requests and assisting with payments and accurate change. Clear trays and trash from vehicles, patios, drive-thrus, and parking lots, while performing regular cleaning, sanitation, dishwashing, and food preparation tool maintenance. Move and stock food product weighing up to 50 pounds. Skating Carhops complete training requirements and perform duties while on roller skates. Report customer and employee complaints to the Manager on Duty. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Required Qualifications
- General restaurant or retail knowledge
- Basic math and reading skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow directions
- Customer service and multi-tasking skills
- Regular attendance
- Complete Skating Carhop training requirements
- Perform duties while on roller skates
