Carhop/ Skating Carhop (server)

Serve product to guests by carrying and balancing a tray weighing up to 25 pounds while ensuring quality and appearance standards. Deliver food promptly, respond to requests, assist with payments, and clear trays from vehicles, patios, and parking areas. Perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties including trash disposal, mopping, dishwashing, and food preparation area sanitization. Move and stock food product weighing up to 50 pounds. For Skating Carhops, complete training and perform all duties while on roller skates. Report customer and employee complaints to the Manager on Duty. Irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
