Job Summary
Serve product to guests by carrying and balancing a tray weighing up to 25 pounds while ensuring items meet operational, quality, and appearance standards. Deliver food promptly, respond to guest requests, and assist with payments and change. Clear trays, trash, and grease from vehicles, patios, and parking lots while performing regular cleaning, sanitation, and dishwashing duties. Move and stock food product weighing up to 50 pounds. Skating Carhops complete training requirements and perform duties while on roller skates. Report customer and employee complaints to the Manager on Duty. Comply with all company policies and attend regularly during irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- General restaurant or retail knowledge
- Basic math and reading skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow directions
- Customer service and multi-tasking skills
- Regular attendance
- Complete Skating Carhop training requirements
- Perform duties while on roller skates
