Job Summary
Serve product to guests by carrying and balancing a tray weighing up to 25 pounds while ensuring quality and appearance standards. Deliver items quickly, respond to guest requests, and assist with payments and change. Clear trays, trash, and grease from vehicles, patios, and parking lots. Perform regular cleaning, sanitation, dishwashing, and food preparation tool cleaning. Move and stock food product weighing up to 50 pounds. For skating carhops, complete training and perform duties while on roller skates. Report customer and employee issues to the Manager on Duty. Work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a restaurant environment with continuous standing and lifting.
Required Qualifications
- General restaurant or retail knowledge
- Basic math and reading skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow directions
- Customer service and multi-tasking skills
- Regular attendance
- Complete Skating Carhop training requirements
- Perform duties while on roller skates
- Must be able to carry and balance a tray weighing up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to move and stock food product weighing up to 50 pounds
- Must be available for irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
