Carhop/ Skating Carhop (server)

Serve product to guests by carrying and balancing trays weighing up to 25 pounds, ensuring items meet operational, quality, and appearance standards before delivery. Provide friendly, quick, and polite service while promptly responding to requests, assisting with payments, and clearing trays, trash, and grease from vehicles, patios, drive-thrus, and parking lots. Perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties including mopping, sweeping, dishwashing, and equipment sanitization. Move and stock food product weighing up to 50 pounds. Skating Carhops complete training requirements and perform duties while on roller skates. Report customer and employee complaints to the Manager on Duty. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards. Irregular hours include nights, weekends, and holidays.
