Job Summary
Carhop role focusing on serving guests in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities include delivering products to guests with a tray weighing up to 25 pounds, providing friendly, quick service, responding to guest requests, reporting issues to the MOD, handling payments and making accurate change, clearing trays and trash from various service areas, and performing regular cleaning and sanitation duties. Skating Carhop duties require completing skating carhop training and performing duties while on roller skates. Must work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays; standing, bending, repetitive motion, and exposure to heat, cold, and variable temperatures are part of the work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge/Skills: General restaurant or retail knowledge
- Basic math and reading skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow directions
- Customer service and multi-tasking skills
