Job Summary
Serve product to guests by carrying and balancing a tray weighing up to 25 pounds while ensuring items meet operational, quality, and appearance standards. Provide friendly, quick, and polite service, promptly responding to requests, assisting with payments, and clearing trays from vehicles, patios, and drive-thrus. Perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties including dishwashing, mopping, and sanitizing food preparation areas. Move and stock food product weighing up to 50 pounds. Skating Carhops complete training requirements and perform duties while on roller skates. Report customer and employee issues to the Manager on Duty. Irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays required.
Required Qualifications
- General restaurant or retail knowledge
- Basic math and reading skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow directions
- Customer service and multi-tasking skills
- Regular attendance
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand, bend, reach, move, stoop, stretch, and skate
- Must be able to work in a restaurant environment
- Must be able to be exposed to heat and hot liquid shortening
- Must be able to be exposed to a freezer
- Must be able to be exposed to extreme temperatures
- Must be available for irregular hours
- Must be available for nights
- Must be available for weekends
- Must be available for holidays
- Must complete Skating Carhop training requirements
