Carhop/ Skating Carhop (server)

Position as Carhop/Skating Carhop (server) delivering product to guests, balancing trays up to 25 pounds, providing friendly service, handling guest payments and change, and performing cleaning and sanitation duties. Skating Carhop duties require performing responsibilities on roller skates; irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to stand, move, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a restaurant environment with frequent exposure to heat and cold. Reports to Manager on Duty (MOD) and adheres to company policies and procedures; participates in taking and responding to guest requests and resolving complaints with MOD. Skills include basic math and reading, effective verbal and written communication, following directions, customer service, and multitasking.
