Job Summary
Carhop (Skating Carhop) serving guests by delivering products, balancing a tray up to 25 pounds, and providing friendly, prompt service. Responsibilities include ensuring product meets quality and appearance standards, handling guest requests and payments, reporting issues to management, clearing trays and trash from various guest areas, performing cleaning and sanitation duties, stocking when needed, and performing skating-carhop duties on roller skates. Time shifts are irregular (nights, weekends, holidays).
