Job Summary
Provide friendly, quick, and polite service as a Carhop/Skating Carhop, delivering food to guests while maintaining product quality and appearance. Responsibilities include carrying trays weighing up to 25 pounds, clearing trash and trays from guest areas (including drive-thru, patio, and parking lot), performing sanitation and cleaning tasks, responding to guest requests, processing payments and making change, and adhering to company policies. Skating Carhop duties require performing tasks while on roller skates and completing the Skating Carhop training, with irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
