Carhop/ Skating Carhop (server)

Carhop/Skating Carhop (server) delivers product to guests and serves in a fast-paced restaurant setting. Responsibilities include ensuring product meets quality standards before delivery, carrying and balancing trays up to 25 pounds, providing friendly and efficient service, responding to guest requests, reporting issues to the Manager on Duty, assisting with payment and making accurate change, clearing trays and trash from guests’ vehicles and dining areas, and performing regular cleaning and sanitation tasks (including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes, wiping counters, sanitizing food prep areas, and maintaining equipment). Skating Carhop duties require performing these tasks while on roller skates. Shift expectations include irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays. Training and duties may also involve reporting employee issues to MOD and moving/stocking food up to 50 pounds. Working environment involves standing, bending, reaching, lifting, skating, and exposure to heat, near hot liquids, freezing conditions, and variable temperatures in a restaurant setting.
