Carhop/ Skating Carhop (server)

Job Summary
Carhop role focusing on serving guests by delivering products, including skating carhop duties on roller skates. Responsibilities include ensuring product meets standards, delivering to guests, handling payments and making change, responding to guest requests, reporting issues to the MOD, clearing trays from vehicles/areas, maintaining sanitation and cleanliness, following policies, and working irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Requires basic customer service and multitasking skills, ability to balance a tray up to 25 pounds, and willingness to perform additional duties as assigned. Training for skating carhop and physical duties such as lifting up to 50 pounds are noted.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge/Skills: General restaurant or retail knowledge
- Basic math and reading skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow directions
- Customer service and multi-tasking skills
- Work Environment: Continuous standing, bending, reaching, moving, stooping, stretching, lifting, and skating (for Skating Carhops) in a restaurant environment; exposure to heat and hot liquid shortening; exposure to freezer; variable temperatures
