Carhop/ Skating Carhop (server)

Job Summary
Carhop/Skating Carhop duties include delivering product to guests while skating Carhop training is completed, ensuring product meets quality and appearance standards, handling payments and making accurate change, responding to guest requests, clearing trays from vehicles and dining areas, and performing sanitation and cleaning tasks. Requires basic math/reading, good verbal/written communication, effective customer service, ability to balance a tray up to 25 pounds (and up to 50 pounds for stock) and, for skating Carhops, performing duties on roller skates. Irregular shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge/Skills: General restaurant or retail knowledge
- Basic math and reading skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow directions
- Customer service and multi-tasking skills
- Work Environment: Continuous standing, bending, reaching, moving, stooping, stretching, lifting, and skating in a restaurant environment
