Carhop/ Skating Carhop (server)

Carhop/Skating Carhop position with nonexempt, part-time status. Responsibilities include delivering product to guests while balancing a tray up to 25 pounds, providing friendly and efficient service, handling guest payments and change, clearing trays and trash from guests’ vehicles and dining areas, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation per operational standards, and following all policies. Skating Carhop duties require performing tasks on roller skates and completing skating carhop training. Irregular hours include nights, weekends, and holidays. Requires general restaurant/retail knowledge, basic math and reading skills, effective communication, ability to follow directions, and strong customer service and multi-tasking abilities. Working environment involves standing, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds during stock, and exposure to heat, cold, and other restaurant conditions.
