Job Summary
Serve product to guests by carrying and balancing a tray weighing up to 25 pounds while ensuring quality and appearance standards. Deliver food promptly, respond to requests, and assist with payments and change. Clear trays, trash, and grease from vehicles, patios, and parking lots. Perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties including dishwashing, mopping, sweeping, and sanitizing food preparation areas. Move and stock food products weighing up to 50 pounds. Skating Carhops complete training and perform duties while on roller skates. Irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- General restaurant or retail knowledge
- Basic math and reading skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow directions
- Customer service and multi-tasking skills
- Regular attendance
- Complete Skating Carhop training requirements
- Perform duties while on roller skates
