Job Summary
Skating Carhop/server delivers product to guests and provides friendly, quick, and polite service in a restaurant setting. Responsibilities include ensuring product meets standards before delivery, carrying and balancing trays up to 25 pounds, responding to guest requests, assisting with payment and change, clearing trays from various guest areas, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, and performing additional duties as assigned. Skating Carhop duties require completing skating training and performing tasks while on roller skates, with irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Emphasis on customer service, basic math/reading, clear communication, following directions, and adherence to operational standards.
Required Qualifications
- General restaurant or retail knowledge
- Basic math and reading skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow directions

- Skating Carhop training requirements
- Perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties
- Ability to lift/move weight as described (tray up to 25 pounds, additional up to 50 pounds on occasion)
- Time/shift flexibility (nights, weekends, holidays)
