Carhop/ Skating Carhop (server)

Job Summary
Carhop and skating carhop/server responsible for delivering product to guests, skating carhop duties on roller skates, and providing friendly, quick service. Duties include ensuring product meets quality standards before delivery, carrying and balancing a tray up to 25 pounds, responding to guest requests, assisting with payments and making accurate change, clearing trays/garbage from vehicles and dining areas, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of tools and areas, reporting customer complaints to the Manager on Duty, and performing regular cleaning duties. Time shifts are irregular (nights, weekends, holidays). Requires basic restaurant/retail knowledge, strong communication, customer service, math and multi-tasking abilities, and ability to follow directions; physical duties include standing, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and skating for skating carhops.
