Carhop/ Skating Carhop (server)

Carhop/Skating Carhop responsible for delivering product to guests with friendly, quick service. Duties include confirming product meets standards, carrying and balancing a tray (up to 25 pounds), assisting customers with payment, reporting issues to the Manager on Duty, clearing trays and cleaning/sanitation tasks, and performing skating-carhop duties with training. Requires general restaurant/retail knowledge, basic math/reading, effective communication, ability to follow directions, strong customer service and multitasking skills, and willingness to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays; physical responsibilities include standing, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, skating (for skating carhops), and exposure to heat and cold environments.
