Job Summary
Carhop/Skating Carhop position (server) delivering product to guests, ensuring quality standards, handling payments and change, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, and performing skating-carhop duties with training. Responsibilities include providing friendly service, responding to guest requests, reporting issues to MOD, stocking and clearing trays, and performing various cleaning and prep tasks. Must be able to perform duties while skating, work irregular shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, and lift up to 50 pounds during stock. Requires basic restaurant/retail knowledge, good math and reading skills, effective communication, and ability to follow directions.
