Job Summary
Provide guests with a warm, friendly, and fast experience by delivering and serving food at SONIC Drive-In. Help guests navigate customizable menu options, resolve concerns, and maintain safety and sanitation standards. Skating Carhops undergo the SONIC Skating Training Program and perform duties while roller skating after successful completion. Carhops are expected to be a positive brand ambassador, work with a team, and maintain a courteous, energetic service culture during flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
