Job Summary
Deliver a warm, friendly, fast experience as a SONIC Carhop (and Skating Carhop where applicable), serving and delivering food safely and efficiently, helping customers navigate customizable combinations, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards. Roles may include skating duties with the SONIC Skating Training Program, requiring a team-oriented attitude, effective communication, and flexibility to work various shifts. This position emphasizes guest satisfaction and operational support in a drive-in restaurant environment.
Required Qualifications
- Contagiously positive attitude
- Ability to remain calm in tough situations
- Effective communication skills; basic math and reading skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours; night, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Team mentality and willingness to help where needed
- Willingness to cross-train on all the stations
