Job Summary
Deliver food and provide a friendly, fast SONIC Drive-In experience as a Carhop (and Skating Carhop where applicable). Responsibilities include serving and delivering food safely and efficiently, helping guests navigate customizable menu options, resolving customer concerns to ensure satisfaction, and upholding safety and sanitation standards. Skating Carhop duties include performing the standard Carhop responsibilities while roller skating after completing the SONIC Skating Training Program. Must be a positive brand ambassador, with teamwork, adaptability, and strong communication.
Required Qualifications
- Contagiously positive attitude
- Ability to remain calm in tough situations
- Effective communication skills; basic math and reading skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours; night, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Willingness to cross-train on all stations
