Job Summary
Organize the store operation, create weekly reports, and manage inventory and staffing levels. Lead sales and counseling conversations while providing training and motivation to the retail team. Handle cash register duties and support overall store management functions. This Assistant Store Manager role is based in Düsseldorf and requires a background in retail or the textile industry.
Required Qualifications
- Ausbildung als Kaufmann/-frau im Einzelhandel oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung im Einzelhandel
- Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten im Umgang mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen
- Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
