Job Summary
Implement and support CargoWise systems for new and existing customers, including design, product configuration, testing, data conversion, user acceptance testing, and go-live support. Configure system functions and workflows to enable integration, while interviewing clients to analyze work processes and establish solution objectives. Gather information for custom applications that complement or integrate with existing software. Communicate with customers and vendors in English and/or Japanese, and assist in cross-departmental tasks involving helpdesk, sales, development, and network teams. Requires a bachelor's degree, two years of forwarding industry experience, and bilingual proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, Accounting or related field
- 2 years+ experience in forwarding industry
- Bilingual in English, oral and written
- Communicate with customers and vendors in English and/or Japanese verbally and in writing
