Job Summary
Negotiate rates based on load, location, and customer while building your own schedule. Select local, regional, or OTR loads with no forced dispatch or hidden fees. Maintain a Cargo/Sprinter Van or Small Straight Truck under 10,000 lbs gross weight, ensuring it is 2015 or newer with inside dimensions of at least 120x50x50 inches. Hold a valid U.S. driver's license and commercial insurance totaling $1,000,000 Auto Liability and $100,000 Motor Cargo ($1,000 deductible). Present a passport and Green Card for Canada availability. Avoid operators with active USDOT or authorized MC numbers. Receive weekly paychecks every Friday via ACH with 24/7 operational and tracking support. Empire National Inc., based in Fletcher, NC, has been an active interstate freight carrier since August 11, 2016.
