Job Summary
Negotiate rates based on load, location, and customer while choosing local, regional, or OTR loads without forced dispatch. Build your own schedule and avoid hidden fees since your rate is fully paid. Maintain a Cargo/Sprinter Van or Small Straight Truck under 10,000 lbs gross weight with inside dimensions of at least 120x50x50 inches, ensuring the vehicle is 2015 or newer in good condition with no stickers. Hold a valid U.S. driver's license, commercial insurance including $1,000,000 Auto Liability and $100,000 Motor Cargo, and possess a Passport and Green Card for Canada availability. Receive weekly paychecks every Friday via ACH with 24/7 operational and tracking support. Empire National Inc., based in Fletcher, NC, is an active interstate freight carrier authorized under MC966111 and USDOT 2878524 since August 11, 2016.
