Job Summary
Negotiate rates based on load, location, and customer while selecting local, regional, or OTR loads without forced dispatch. Operate a Cargo/Sprinter Van or Small Straight Truck under 10,000 lbs gross weight, ensuring inside dimensions meet minimum 120x50x50 inches standards. Maintain a 2015 or newer vehicle in good condition with no stickers, holding a valid U.S. driver's license and required commercial insurance. Build your own schedule with weekly paychecks every Friday via ACH, supported by 24/7 operational and tracking services. Empire National Inc., based in Fletcher, NC, is an active interstate freight carrier authorized since August 11, 2016.
Required Qualifications
- Must own a Cargo/Sprinter Van or Small Straight Truck under 10,000 lbs gross weight
- Inside dimensions minimum: 120x50x50 inches
- Vehicle 2015 or newer, good condition, no stickers
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Commercial insurance: $1,000,000 Auto Liability, $100,000 Motor Cargo ($1,000 deductible)
- Passport and Green Card (Canada availability required)
- No active USDOT or authorized MC numbers
